Quickly Turn Challenges into Opportunities
As the owner of a small business, you're the Alpha Member of your organization; where the proverbial buck stops. So if you don't make it, your business doesn't make it.
And even if you're worried that you might not make it, you still have to convince your Beta Members that you have your corn flakes together.
Your business depends on the ability to keep your head, as Rudyard Kipling would say, when all about you are losing theirs.
It's your job to deal with the challenges of your business like a professional manager.
Here's a thought that should help. I call it the Blasingame Law of Challenges: The quicker you face challenges, the less likely they are to become bigger ones, and the more likely you are to turn them into opportunities.
