Dr. William T. Abare, Jr. is in his 42nd year at Flagler College and his 12th year as President. Prior to assuming his position as the institution's chief executive office, Dr. Abare served as the Executive Vice President and Dean of Academic Affairs for 12 years. He began h is tenure at Flagler in 1971 as Dean of Admissions and assumed responsibility for student financial aid in the late '70s.
