Tom Reahard is the founder, CEO, and chairman of the board of Symmetry Software. Reahard founded the company in 1984 after successfully selling his first company to BPI Systems, Inc. Since 1984, Reahard has shaped Symmetry Software into highly-regarded experts in the payroll, technology, and software industries. Currently, he oversees the direction and strategy for the company.
Reahard graduated from Cornell University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He holds a master’s in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri.
Reahard remains active in the software development side of the business. He assists in the ongoing advancement of current and future products.
In his free time, Reahard loves golf, cooking, and traveling. He and his wife Cathy have three adult children.
