Susan Marsico is the Director of Corporate Benefits & HR Systems at the Online Computer Library Center, a nonprofit, membership, global computer library service and research organization dedicated to the public purposes of furthering access to the world’s information and reducing library costs. OCLC has implemented the Right Direction initiative, which Susan worked closely to bring together.
