Rich Karney is the program manager for the Energy Star program, a joint venture between the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Most recently, Mr. Karney was Chairman of the International Energy Agency Energy Conservation in Buildings and Community Systems.
