Ravi Hutheesing has served as a Cultural Diplomat for the U.S. Department of State, creating arts programs that bridge cultural divides in many countries. Ravi speaks internationally to corporate and education audiences on the importance of a cross-cultural skill set in the future of business and the workplace.

Ravi is a Cross-Culture Catalyst and Founder of Ravi Unites Schools—a global school network that enables teachers to have groups of students participate in online real-time audio-video interactions with peers around the world.

The first American born member of the family that created and governed the world's largest democracy for over 40 years, Ravi is the grand-nephew of Jawaharlal Nehru (India's first Prime Minister), the nephew of Indira Gandhi (India's only female Prime Minister), and the cousin of Rajiv Gandhi (India's youngest Prime Minister).

Ravi’s worldwide visibility skyrocketed as the guitarist for Hanson, the top selling band in the world and triple-Grammy nominated (1997). Their massive fan base catapulted him to the stages of the White House, Madison Square Garden, Tonight Show, Good Morning America, and Saturday Night Live.

Ravi’s journey as a rock star, entrepreneur, aviator, and cultural diplomat delivers provocative perspectives not usually found within academia.
