In 1988 Paula Lovell founded Lovell Communications, an award-winning national PR and crisis communications firm that represents businesses and organizations nationwide. Paula has 30+ years of experience in public relations, marketing communications and crisis management for hundreds of companies ranging from start-ups to mature companies planning IPOs to publicly-traded companies and not-for-profit organizations.

She has guided hundreds of clients through strategic planning processes, marketing communications initiatives, reputation repair work and crisis communications.

Under her leadership, Lovell Communications has earned numerous awards and recognition for its work in mergers and acquisitions communications, reputation management and repair, branding, media relations, direct mail, technical writing, sales materials and collateral development, social media, interactive marketing, website development, issues management, creative events, employee relations and crisis management.

Paula is the past Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, which oversees the southeast region of the U.S. including branches in Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, Birmingham and New Orleans. She served in a board position with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 1993-2003.

Paula is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and serves on the boards of both for profit businesses and charitable organizations.
