Jim Simpson is the former co-owner of one of the nation’s largest independent advertising and digital marketing agencies. Jim has led the development of websites for several Fortune 500 companies and is a lifelong entrepreneur, having founded businesses in a variety of industries. He’s also a seasoned commercial real estate investor who loves to save and redevelop old buildings.

Pat Hagen has worked with Jim in a variety of his ventures over the past 20 years and has a background in corporate communications, copywriting and blogging, as well as accounting and finance. Pat does industry research, writes content for Crelow and manages the books.

Together, Jim and Pat have created Crelow.com, a demand-driven marketplace for office space. Crelow helps small businesses find the perfect office space, either with or without the help of a tenant broker. Crelow is currently doing business in six major U.S. cities and plans to expand nationwide in the year ahead.
