Marguerite Kirk
Marguerite Kirk graduated from the University of Georgia Law School with an undergraduate double major in journalism and business. She began practicing with the law firm of the then-Governor of Georgia, Carl Sanders, and was the first female attorney ever to practice in Augusta, GA. With more than 25 years experience, specializing in business law and small business reorganization, Marguerite has become recognized as one of the top experts in her field. She has often been consulted by and quoted as a knowledgeable business attorney by the Associated Press, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, PC Magazine, and Dallas Magazine. She also has appeared on radio and television talk shows in Texas, Florida, California and New York. Marguerite is author of 10 Commandments of Small-Business Success and Holding onto the American Dream: How Small Businesses Can Conquer Financial Difficulties. She lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
