Customer Service Expert, Louie Gravance, author of Service is a Superpower: Lessons Learned in a Magic Kingdom, spent 25 years working at The Walt Disney Company, ultimately designing their customer service and training programs for Disney World Resort.

Gravance has won both the Disney Partners in Excellence Award and the Spirit of Disney Award. Currently, he provides unique training programs through his company, Louie Gravance Creative Content. Louie has designed service programs for major companies including Ban of America, BMW of Canada, ING Financial and more.

Gravance was also a child actor, appearing in over 35 national commercials, plays, sitcoms and movies.
