James Morrison
James Morrison, Ph.D. is the President of the Small Business Exporters Association (SBEA) of the United States, the oldest and largest nonprofit organization of small and medium-size exporting companies in the U.S.
A leader within the U.S. business community, SBEA handles international trade matters for the National Small Business Association, a federation representing 65,000 SME’s across all 50 U.S. states. Dr. Morrison was appointed by President George W. Bush to his Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiation (ACTPN), the U.S. government’s senior trade advisory panel, for a term ending in 2005. In this capacity, he provides the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative with advice on U.S. trade policies and specific trade agreements.
