She holds a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from National University. Dr. Gail is also a Certified Project Management Professional.

Dr. Gail is author of Leading the Agile Enterprise. She is an Advisor and Visiting Professor at the MBA Technology Leadership Program, DeVry as well as an Advisor with the Agile Project Management Certificate, UC Santa Cruz Extension in Santa Clara, CA.
