Dawn Fay
Dawn Fay is a Senior District President for Robert Half and is responsible for the company’s Professional Staffing Services operations throughout the Northeast.
Since joining the company in North Carolina in 1996, Dawn has spent her career building and developing the company’s operations throughout the East Coast in markets including Atlanta, Charlotte and New York. She has been based in Robert Half’s Midtown office since 2004, and currently oversees teams in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey and Southern Connecticut), in addition to Eastern Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland and New England.
Dawn is heavily involved in the community, having served on boards for several non-profit organizations including the Women's Initiative. She has also long been committed to groups such as Dress for Success and Upwardly Global, serving as a panelist and guest speaker for a number of events. Committed to mentoring both inside and outside the company, Dawn formally mentors colleagues through Robert Half’s United program to help them develop their careers and acquire skills to succeed personally and professionally. She has also served as a mentor for the New York Business Journal’s Mentoring Monday series for a number of years. Dawn was also recognized as a Woman of Influence by the New York Business Journal in 2015.
Prior to joining Robert Half, Dawn worked as a financial analyst in New York City and Washington, DC.
