Charles began his career with airway labs in 2002; After holding multiple positions within the company, including general manager, was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2011. Both Airway Labs and Airway Management recorded their most profitable and continuous revenue growth in years while under his leadership.
His ability to stabilize operations and contain costs while maintaining aggressive product development, has afforded Airway success without the need of outside capital. Under Charles' leadership, Airway has seen double digit sales growth.
