Beth Ross is a certified career coach, executive coach, professional speaker, writer, and resource for the media. She is an experienced coach in leadership development, new leader assimilation, change management, and transition strategies.

Prior diverse business background includes consulting for major technology companies, a partnership specializing in financial services recruiting, educational consulting, extensive writing, and continuing availability to the media as a resource.

Her early career was in public and private school administration and training. Dr. Ross has taught at the San Francisco campus of the University of California at Berkeley.
